After spending several years in the women's clothing industry, Mr. Vaghar ventured into the men's clothing field, which presented more stability. In 2001, he established his own brand and clothing company; Klotho, Inc/Giovanni Testi. Within a few years, the brand had expanded to more than 700 active wholesale customers, as well as nine retail locations.

Throughout the course of his career, Mr. Vaghar has attributed much of his professional success to the quality of products that he sells. He also ensures timely delivery of all items, and is quick to adapt to changes within the market. Among his various professional highlights, Mr. Vaghar is most proud to have served as the chief financial officer of Retrospettiva, Inc. a public company in 1998.

Civically, Mr. Vaghar has contributed to his local community by donating clothes to Goodwill of Southern California and the Delancey Street Foundation. In the coming years, plans to establish a better balance between his work and his personal time. He would also like to maintain his current business endeavors, and perhaps venture in other business areas, such as food or recreational services.
